We understand that every project is unique, and sometimes, you just need expert guidance along the way. That’s why we offer a consultation design service for those seeking professional insight—whether you’re renovating, building a new home, or simply looking for design direction. From reviewing and redlining architectural plans to selecting colors, designing your dream kitchen, or planning furniture layouts, we’re here to help. This service is available in 10-hour increments, allowing you to use the time as needed to best support your project.
FURNISHING & STYLING
Your space should feel like home, effortlessly blending style and function to fi t your everyday life. If you have a finished space that doesn’t quite feel right or a room you’re unsure how to bring to life, we’re here to help! Whether it’s a one-room makeover or a full-home refresh, we’ll curate a design that reflects your taste and needs. Our comprehensive design package includes everything from fl oor plans and design boards to carefully sourced pieces with purchase links. You choose your level of involvement—whether you prefer a hands-on approach or want us to handle all the details, including installation and styling. We make the process seamless, stress-free, and enjoyable, ensuring your space feels just right.
RENOVATION & NEW BUILDS
Engaging an interior designer in the early stages of a project is essential to achieving a well-thought-out and cohesive design. Whether you’re embarking on a renovation or a new build, our involvement from the beginning ensures that every detail of your space is carefully considered. This early collaboration allows us to optimize functionality and spatial planning, tailoring your home to align seamlessly with your lifestyle.
More importantly, it enables us to create intentional and harmonious design moments while minimizing costly changes later in the process. We work closely with architects and builders, managing every aspect of the design—ranging from hard selections such as fl ooring, lighting, millwork, cabinetry, and built-ins to soft selections like furnishings, rugs, and décor.
Building your dream home is an exciting opportunity, but it can feel overwhelming without proper guidance. Our goal is to streamline the process, making it both enjoyable and inspiring.
PRICING
With the understanding that every project is unique we tailor our approach by beginning every project with an Initial Design Consultation.
During this 90-minute meeting, we will discuss the scope of your project, budget, timelines, and overall vision. This consultation allows me to gain a clear understanding of your goals and ensures that I can provide an accurate Design Fee proposal that aligns with your needs.
Following the consultation, you will receive a detailed Design Fee proposal within three days.

OUR PROCESS
A cohesive process is the foundation for a successful, seamless Design experience. Our process is broken down into different phases and will vary slightly depending on the services Anastassia Nicole Design is providing. From dreaming up your wishlist to spatial planning, design details, managing orders and coordinating with contractors we walk you through every step of the way. From large scale projects to one room refreshes we take the stress out and make it an enjoyable ride. At the completion of the project you will have a functional and beautiful design that was curated specifically for you. Take a look at the detailed process below.
CONSULTATION
After filling out the Inquiry form we will have an in-person or virtual meeting to review the scope of your project and all the fun details that come with it (i.e. budget & timelines). Once we run through your wish list you will receive our Design Proposal.
EXPLORATION
After the contract is signed the project is in motion! We will send you a detailed questionnaire to fill out. It will require some time on your end but trust us, it is essential for us to get a better understanding of your needs, how you envision your space functioning, your style, color preferences etc. (you get the idea) Once we receive the questionnaire we will schedule our first design meeting. This meeting is all about you and what you want. In addition, we will use the remaining time to get all the measurements and photos we need for your project.
DEVELOPMENT
This is where your blank canvas is brought to life. We are busy designing in this phase and thinking through all of the details to create a comprehensive design. Meetings will be scheduled to review floor plans, elevations, millwork drawings and samples of all finishes. We will keep you involved, getting your approval throughout the process and keeping the project moving towards the next phase!
EXECUTION
When all design is done and final approval is given by you we start ordering and tracking all the goodies. Delivery is handled two different ways based on the type of project. We can have all the furniture delivered straight to the project as the items are shipped or we ship directly to our receiving warehouse which allows us to have all your furniture delivered in one shot. Either method will be discussed and decided with the client.
This is also when construction begins! We work closely with all trades and vendors to ensure a smooth process through construction.
INSTALL & STYLING
When all the dust clears and your space is sitting pretty it's time to add some personality and bring it to life. This may be one of our favorite parts. It's where the hours of sourcing your products, ordering and tracking really pay off. After the rug drops and the furniture is placed, we begin layering in all of the interior elements to complete your final design. After months of dreaming up your perfect space it's finally time to call it home!
